RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be stoked on your order. If something's not right, we'll make it right — just reach out to us at jaribskate@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition — with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at jaribskate@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product — contact us immediately at jaribskate@gmail.com with photos and we'll get it sorted fast.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Decks with grip tape already applied (considered used)
- Assembled completes (trucks or wheels mounted)
- Sale items and discounted products
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, just message us — we're happy to help before you send anything back.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return what you have, and once we've accepted it, place a new order for what you want. This keeps things moving fast on both ends.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to process and post it.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, contact us at jaribskate@gmail.com.
RETURN ADDRESS
Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and full instructions by email. Do not send items back without confirming with us first.
